Most common used conversions in measuring ingredients!

Another one for the archive so that you can reference when needed!

I am assuming that you can add and multiply and if not well you can use the calculator on your phone if you want to double up the measures etc! lol

Fluid

25 ml = 1fl.oz
50 ml = 2 fl.oz or 1/4 cup
120 ml = 1/2 cup
175 ml = 1 cup

Dry

25 gm = 1 oz
1 kg (1000 gm) = 2.25 lb

Spoon

1 tsp = 5 ml
1 tbsp = 15 ml
