Fluid

25 ml = 1fl.oz
50 ml = 2 fl.oz or 1/4 cup
120 ml = 1/2 cup
175 ml = 1 cup

Dry

25 gm = 1 oz
1 kg (1000 gm) = 2.25 lb

Spoon

1 tsp = 5 ml
1 tbsp = 15 ml
